When does the course start and finish?

The course begins as soon as you enroll! You have access to all the sessions.

How long does it take to put together an Early Bird campaign?

If you follow the course step by step diligently, you can complete the whole process within 3-4 weeks easily (that's taking your time). If you are focused and need to build it fast, it can be done in 1-2 weeks.

What if I can't execute an Early Bird registration this fall? I want to do it later when I have more time. Will I still benefit from this course?

Although I believe that the whole idea of "early bird" is best implemented when your customers are just finishing up their final week(s) of the season, and before you go into your next fiscal year, you can absolutely implement this "launch" sales framework anytime you want in the year. The principles remain the same. If you enroll in the course, you can always watch the trainings when it's more convenient for you, and then execute the strategy some other time of year.

I run a year-long CSA with multiple season/membership types and renewal times? How would this "early bird" framework work?

There are farmers who have amended the strategy to work for this scenario. You can rinse and repeat this process for each of your major seasons. OR, you can bundle multiple seasons into one tantalizing offer. Or focus your effort on one major promotion push (with the biggest money-maker season).

I can’t afford it. Is the course really worth it?

I have a LOT of experience in this area -- it's kind of my secret sauce -- so I can coach you through how to customize this framework for a CSA farm. Could you hunt around the internet and YouTube trying to stitch together the framework yourself?... probably. But ask yourself how valuable your time is. What if I don't want to collect next year's income due to tax reasons?

There are a couple ways I've seen farmers get around this. On our farm, we don't want to deposit another $100K in CSA revenue until the next fiscal year, so we ask people to sign up, and then mail their payment as a post-dated check or bank ACH. You can also set the product price for $1, and then later bill them the balance after the New Year. Another option is to use this strategy to get people to sign up AFTER January 1st.

What if I decide it’s too much work after all, and that I’m not a good fit?

You have 7 days to decide whether the course is right for you. By Day 7, if you've reviewed all the content and you can't find one idea that will significantly help your sales strategy, you can ask for a refund and we’ll give it all back.
